This image is a stack of 45 video frames. A Sony Digital 8 video camera was coupled afocally behind a 24mm eyepiece. The filter used was a Solarscope 50mm 0.7 Angstrom H-alpha filter mounted on a Borg 76 Achromat refractor. Registax was used to register and stack the individual video frames.
