This photo was taken just before dawn, as the eclipsed moon was setting against the earth's shadow. This was actually a test of my old Olympus XA 35mm film pocket camera's low light autoexposure capability. It is traveling with me to Easter Island as an extra camera for the upcoming solar eclipse. My travel rig, with which the telescopic eclipse shots were taken, is in the foreground on the left.
