- current spending rate not sustainable, need to decrease

- hassei (vocalization, eg men, kote, do, tsuki)
- hassei is a matter of kendo education, not kendo matches
- yuko-datotsu is determined by the individual shinpan's judgement
of datotsu-bui, datotsu-bu, high spirits, correct posture, zanshin
