  • mention that you are with the KENDO GROUP to benefit from the prices listed

Facility notes
  • On 6/18/16 CCKF sent a heads up that the facility (Parlier High School North Gymnasium) does not allow tape on the floor due to warranty restrictions. They were investigating using butcher paper court frames held down by metal weights.
  • On 6/20/16 SCKO suggested getting a different gym, rescheduling if necessary, or having no jogai since the court frame idea seemed hazardous. They also wondered about kaishisen and X markings.
  • On 6/29/16 CCKF reported that confirmation of an alternative site (option #1) would take until mid-July. For option #2 (using the original site), they are asking the participant federations (NCKF, SCKF, SCKO, WKF) if there are any objections to having no jogai, and they are looking at ways to mark the kaishisen and X (eg carpet non-adhesive rubber mat material) plus possibly putting an orange cone at each corner of the court.
  • On 7/9/16 SCKF approved no jogai if option #2 is necessary.
  • On 7/20/16 CCKF reported that they had come up with a court marking method using tape on top of Post It paper, which was approved by the school district.
