Below is a plot of our monthly electricity costs. Our
charger is connected to a separate TOU (time-of-use)
meter which gives us discounted electricity between 9PM
and noon the next day (off-peak hours). Each billing is
broken up into on-peak charging cost, off-peak charging
cost, and miscellaneous charges (taxes, meter cost,
etc.). The plot starts in March 1997 even though we got
our car in December 1996 because of bureaucratic
confusion and red tape.
