Norwalk Kendo Camp, 8/14/10
- rough schedule
- arrive by 7:30am so we can start promptly at 8am
- all kenshi and parents please attend opening presentation
(parents will have sessions in both am and pm)
- morning: kyu training by senseis assisted by yudansha
- lunch 12pm
- afternoon: shiai training and misc activities for everyone
- dinner 6pm
- after dinner: yudansha training
- what to bring
- keikogi, hakama, bogu, shinai, tenugui
- if needed: tape, protectors, etc
- extra shinai
- street clothes to change into for lunch and dinner
- hangers for keikogi and hakama
- optional: extra keikogi, tenugui

- eat and drink something light before arriving in the morning
- be sure to drink (moderately) during the breaks
- pace yourself, especially if competing at Nikkei Games on Sunday
