- 10-10:45 check-in and change (all), team captains: draw number at head table
- 10:45 am shinpan meeting (if necessary)
- 11:00 am opening ceremony (line up on courts by dojo)
- 11:10 am start tournament
- 03:00 pm closing ceremony (line up on courts by dojo)

general SCKF tournament guidelines
- these guidelines will be used for this tournament
- note: sign in will be closed at 10:45am for all divisions, including yudansha
- yudansha, adult kyu, and youth kyu 14 years and older are expected to help with tournament duties.

tournament divisions
- The following are the divisions for the tournament (one team per dojo each division). Note: the team orders are fixed throughout the day, i.e. no changes and no substitutions.
  - kyu team
    time limit: 3 minutes, no extension
    5 people
    - sempo: 5 kyu and under, age 13 and under
    - jiho: 4 kyu and under, age 15 and under
    - chuken: 3 kyu and under, age 17 and under
    - fukusho: 2 kyu and under, any age
    - taisho (captain): any kyu, any age
  - women's team
    time limit: 3 minutes, no extension
    3 people
    - sempo: any rank, any age, female
    - chuken: any rank, any age, female
    - taisho (captain): any rank, any age, female
  - "yudansha" team
    time limit: 4 minutes, no extension
    3 people
    - sempo: any rank, any age
    - chuken: any rank, any age
    - taisho (captain): any rank, any age
