  • $100 for AUSKF members, $130 for non-AUSKF members
  • No refund after registration deadline
    Voluntary cancellation prior to this date will incur a 5% paypal fee
  • If AUSKF cancels the event due to COVID-19, payments made to AUSKF will be refunded minus the 5% fee. You are responsible for handling your own travel expenses.

• AUSKF is offering exams for 1kyu-7dan (usually 5dan-7dan)
  • must be 18 years and over, and must sign up for the camp
• steps for SCKF applicants
  1. obtain SCKF approval to test
     1. 1kyu-7dan applicants
        • fill out the SCKF external shinsa application form (including signature of your dojo head instructor)
        • fill out the AUSKF affiliate request form
        • email the completed forms (as two separate files) to Jean Kodama by Wed 8/3/22 (the earlier the better)
     2. shogo (renshi or kyoshi) applicants
        • fill out the SCKF shogo application form (with the assistance of your dojo head instructor and dojo advisors)
        • email the completed form to Jean Kodama by Wed 7/27/22
          (the deadline is earlier to accommodate any iteration or improvements that may be required)
     3. SCKF will then handle:
        • approval by Shinsa Advisory Board (do NOT contact them yourself)
        • signature by SCKF president (the signed AUSKF form will be emailed back to you)
  2. apply to and pay AUSKF to participate in the shinsa
     • see AUSKF shinsa packet for shinsa details, including:
       • link to AUSKF's online application form, which includes submitting the following:
         • the signed approval obtained in step 1.c above
         • completed written test essay, see links below for questions
           1kyu-4dan
           5-7dan/shogo
         • your current rank menjo
       • COVID protocols
       • travel notes
       • age restriction (must be 18 and over)
       • attendance at summer camp is required. You will need to pop down the appropriate choice under "Summer Seminar" to see the AUSKF fee, eg "Summer Camp Only" ($100), or "5 Dan" ($200)
     • AUSKF's shinsa application deadline is Fri 8/12/22
